Board Members - Executive Management

Chairman

Dr. Zeyad Alhekail

A recognized visionary credited with epic growth and financial performance in any CEO position he serves, over his 35-year career, Dr. Zeyad Alhokail proved to be an outstanding strategic growth driver. He held Chairman and member of Boards of Directors positions in various companies belonging to the public and private sector, during which he supervised and participated in diverse development projects, strategic planning, investment and restructuring, laying the foundations of corporate governance for large enterprises and closely supervising their implementation.

Dr. Zeyad is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advanced Communication and Electronics Systems Co. Ltd., and he either holds the Chairman position or a Board Member in many other large organizations such as Jabal Omar Development Company, Bank Al-Bilad, The Advanced Educational Company, Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Real Estate Investments company. Dr. Zeyad held also several positions at King Saud University, where he worked as Dean of Admission and Registration, an Undersecretary for Educational Affairs, and an Associate Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department. Dr. Zeyad holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from "Ohio State University", USA, and an MBA in electrical engineering from the same university.

Dr. Akram Aburas

Dr. Akram Aburas is the CEO and Board member of ACES. He is also a Board Member of ITC/ RFTRONICS/KACST-TIC, IEEE senior member, IEEE-HKN life member (Electrical engineering honor society) and STS board member.

He is also a certified Arbitrator for GCC and International commercial arbitration. He attended several strategic planning and project management programs. Till date he has 16 International Journals/Conferences Publications including IEEE. Dr. Akram Aburas has been listed in Top Entrepreneurs in Entrepreneurs KSA Special Edition Magazine Feb 2013.

Dr. Khalid Al Mashouq

Prof. Khalid Abdulaziz Al Mashouq is a telecom industry veteran and a seasoned Entrepreneur. He is a member to several world class organizations including IEEE and Saudi Telecom Society. He has a consolidated experience of 30+ years including working as Board member, C level positions, transforming SME to large company, Academics, Planning, Design/Implementation of Mega Projects and mentoring several senior research projects.

He has been part of international conference, exhibitions, strategic planning, business continuity, social responsibility, research and project management programs. Till date he has 37 International Journals/Conferences Publications including IEEE. Dr. Khalid is actively contributing to ACES in strategic bids, aligning partners, developing innovative business models, achieving sustainable business growth and keeping company on technical forefront by exhibiting ACES in top notch global events. He is also focused in enhancing ACES market position through strategic investments and spinoffs initiatives. His tremendous international experience, effective management skills and immense technical background helps his vision and mission to bring ACES to new heights altogether.

Othman Alhokail

Othman Alhokail is an industry expert in Technology Investments, Business Development Activities, Financial Modelling, Building Partnerships and Joint Ventures. He spearheads multiple companies in the position of Partner, Managing Director, Board Member and Vice President.

Othman has 15+ years of experience in the following fields: general management, finance management, financial modelling, private equity, entrepreneurship, strategy management, technology advancement, establishing companies expanding business, teams management, portfolio management, board member, business development, sales & marketing, budgeting, strategic planning, presentation skills, technical sales, project(s) management, procurement, vendor management, etc..

Alice Cai

Alice is a CFA Level 3 with deep knowledge of business and finance. She held multiple key positions in multiple organizations including Coca Cola, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, HSBC, WelathKing Investment and eWTP Arabia Capital. With more than 15 years of experience.

She currently holds a position of Senior Vice President at eWTP and is the also a Board Member of ACES.

Atef Aburas

Atef Aburas is the Chief Operating Officer of ACES, with more than 32 years of experience. A member of Institute to Electronic and Electrical Engineering and STS Organization for Engineers. Manages the entire operations on large scale projects including but not limited to IBS, DAS, Towers, Fiber, Electrical projects.

Thorough inside out knowledge of the sites handled by ACES team, can drive project of any size to closure within the budgets. A member of steering committee for large scale projects with customers such as STC, Mobily, Zain, SCECO, Marafiq, Royal Commission, SWCC & ARAMCO Telecom Projects.

General Manager

Sultan Al Mashouq

As a General Manager, Mr. Sultan Al Mashouq is playing a pivotal role in transforming ACES from a Saudi based company to a multinational conglomerate. Sultan is a natural Entrepreneur and an ICT Expert with more than 15 years of professional experience.

He has been working in several Project Lead roles and have acted as an interface between several departments of customers/government during projects helping develop/customize not only technical interfaces but also to liaise between them to ensure end to end successful project implementation.
